Discuss the option of a home energy audit.
By performing a home energy audit, we can lower the amount of energy usage, which in turn lowers the size of the system required.

Measure and record area acceptable for panels.
Using professional and highly accurate instruments, we can figure out what portion of the roof is shade free for the majority of the year, and thus good for solar panels. After finding the total area of viable roof space, we can determine the largest array that will fit on the roof.

Discuss pricing and available incentives financing.
We provide all the information on what it will cost before and after federal and state incentives. Depending on the customer’s budget, they can decide what size system they would like to purchase.

Positioning of components discussed with client.
Once size is determined, the customer can decide where they would like the system’s components to be installed. This includes where to install the inverter, and any special requirements for conduit positioning. The system components are then ordered from the distributor and are ready for installation.

System is designed as per client’s direction.
The next step is designing the system with required/desired specific panels and relevant components. The system components are then ordered from the distributor and are ready for installation.

System is installed and is ready to go.
When all the required parts come in, the system is installed and properly hooked up to the grid. The customer is now ready to experience their new solar power. The customer happily watches as their electric meter runs backwards!
